Nothing makes me more happy than when I discover an older classic rock era track that I’ve never heard before. Such the case happened today. Aquarium Drunkard played this today on blog radio. The only Nancy Sinatra I’ve ever heard prior to this was “Boots…”. Am I really missing much? Probably not, but this song is pretty cool due to the last minute or so when they alternate between a darker, Neil Diamond-ish sounding part, and the happier, springtime fresh Nancy Sinatra part. It’s a really nice effect, thanks to the quick alternation of 4/4 and 3/4 time signatures.
