Holy shit, this song is beautiful. The guitar playing playing reminds me of Fleetwood Mac and the vocals are stunning. Features Justin Vernon of Bon Iver, another one of my favs. Her album just came out. I need to check it out. It’s on the JagJaguawar label, home of The Besnard Lakes.

Bon Iver’s 2008 LP, For Emma, Forever Ago, is one of my favorites. Justin Vernon is the brains behind Bon Iver, so naturally, I’m intrigued by his latest project, Volcano Choir. The first Volcano Choir LP will be released 9/22. Here is the first single.

Also, their 2008 release, “For Emma, Forever Ago” is regarded very high in my book.
